Learn how to create layered three-dimensional flowers for your garden and home. Instructor will go over the techniques to create one’s own flower. Students are encouraged to bring along pictures of their flowers of choice or attempt making up their own kind of flower. Finished flowers look specifically like the heads of flowers and the under leaves can be added or not, but will not have stems. The students will then have the choice to take their flowers home to attach to the walls or for table decoration, the instructor will provide tips on how best to do this. The instructor will attach the flowers meant for the garden to garden stakes. If time allows and depending on individual skills, students may be able to make more than one flower. Underglazes will be able to be applied at the class, and the Instructor will provide details on glazing options during class. Aprons will be provided, but clothes that can get clay on them and potential underglazes on them recommended.
