This 2-day class is designed for first-time beginners in watercolor and for those wanting a basic refresher course. You will be introduced to materials and methods of painting, the mixing of color and its basic properties, to help you achieve clean vibrant color. You will also learn how to manage the amount of water on your brush and on your paper. We will explore various watercolor techniques such as wet on wet, wet on dry, washes and more. Each class will begin with a topic followed by a demonstration and exercises designed to reinforce skills.
