	Owatonna Festival of the Arts July 28-29, 2012 The Owatonna Festival of the Arts will be celebrated in Central Park located in beautiful downtown Owatonna. Featured will be sixty exhibitors, numerous entertainers, participatory art events, as well as many concessions.
